Hospital Policy Update

(as of March 14th, 2022)

  • Wearing a mask Valley Vet is now optional

  • Limit of 1 client in exam room

  • Curb-side services (appointments, food and medication pick up) are still available .

  • If you are sick, we ask that you re-schedule your appointment. You can have someone else come in for you, but please let us know in advance so we can add their name to your file

  • Our team will continue our thorough and frequent disinfecting protocol of the hospital.

"Curb-Side" Appointment Definition

What to Expect if your Appointment is "Curb-Side":

  • Please bring a cellphone so we can keep in contact with you for the duration of your pet's appointment

  • Call us upon your arrival at (506) 452-1117

  • Remain in your vehicle and stay in the parking lot unless otherwise directed

  • A team member will come out and escort your pet into the hospital. For safety - ensure small animals/cats are in a travel carrier and dogs are on a leash

  • The Veterinarian will examine your pet and will call you with the physical exam findings and any recommendations

  • Your pet will be brought back out to your vehicle along with your invoice

  • We accept cash, credit or debit.

    • We have portable debit machines

"Curb-Side" Medication & Food Pickup

  • Call us upon your arrival at (506) 452-1117

  • Remain in your vehicle

  • We encourage payment over the phone (available if using a credit card)

  • A team member will bring the medication/food to you

  • We accept cash, credit or debit.

    • We have portable debit machines for payment at the vehicle
