⏰ Late Arrivals & Cancellations

• Please give at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

• Less than 2 hours' notice = $50 fee

• If you are 15+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit

• This will be treated as a late cancellation and a $50 fee applies

🚫 Missed Appointments

• 1st occurrence: $50 fee + a friendly reminder

• 2nd occurrence (within 12 months): $50 fee for each missed appointment

  • + a $120 pre-booking deposit required for future visits

💵 About the Deposit

• Fully applied to your visit when you attend

• Requires 24 hours' notice to reschedule or it will be forfeited
