Cass Sproul, VA/CSR

Cass Sproul serves as a Veterinary Assistant and Customer Service Representative, bringing a deep love for animals and a commitment to client education to the team. Cass is particularly passionate about helping underserved communities access the high-quality medical care their pets deserve. By helping clients navigate available care options they may not have previously known about, Cass ensures that every pet has the best possible chance at a healthy life.

In the clinic, Cass balances the many "behind the scenes" responsibilities of a Veterinary Assistant, from managing treatments and monitoring patients to providing daily support for the medical team. For Cass, the most rewarding part of the job is bridging the gap between financial barriers and pet health, ultimately seeing patients get better and return home to their families.

When not at the clinic, Cass enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends. The home is shared with a lively group of rescues: Bones, a three-year-old one-eyed cat; Lilly, a two-year-old "menace"; Simba, a six-year-old orange "love-ball"; and Brynlee, a five-year-old rescue mutt from Texas who is Cass's best friend.
