Jill Handbury is a Veterinary Assistant and Customer Service Representative who finds her deepest purpose in supporting clients through the complex journey of pet ownership. She is particularly dedicated to helping people navigate times of trauma and loss, finding it incredibly rewarding to witness the full circle of healing and new beginnings. One of Jill’s most defining professional moments involved staying on the line with a client whose dog, Molly, tragically passed away during labor. Since that day, Jill has had the privilege of watching Molly’s surviving puppies grow into healthy, thriving Shepherds.

At home, Jill finds grounding and joy in her six-year-old German Shepherd, Jayda. Whether it is watching Jayda play in the water with absolute delight or witnessing her excitement when a family member walks through the door, Jill is constantly reminded to slow down and appreciate life's simple, happy moments.
