Riley McCavour

Riley’s journey into veterinary medicine was inspired by the supportive and kind veterinary staff who cared for one of their cats frequently, leaving a strong desire to be that same comforting presence for others. As a Client Service Representative (CSR), Riley handles everything from payments, phone calls, files, and emails to incoming appointments, noting that there is almost never a dull moment!

The most rewarding part of the job for Riley is working on challenging cases where owners initially thought nothing could be done, only to find helpful solutions and medications together. A particularly proud moment came when a client shared how much they love coming in when Riley is working because they are always so "pleasant to deal with".

At home, Riley is a proud pet parent to "Billy," a 1.5-year-old orange cat who weighs an impressive 15 pounds and occasionally brings home mice while Riley is sleeping. Outside of work, Riley enjoys camping, hiking, going on adventures, and trying out new food places.
